PHOTOGRAPHY

The Photo Museum Province of Antwerp is located on the Waalsekaai, against the water in the Antwerp area South - Museum. The Fotomuseum was on March 21, 2004 re-opened after extensive renovations. The existing warehouse, where the museum was housed since 1986, was expanded into a new building designed by architect Georges Baines. For further elaboration of the building after the design Baines worked with architect Patrick Sterck. The Fotomuseum publishes a magazine and works for new media and film structurally with the Museum of Contemporary Art Antwerp (Mukha). The film supply of HKA media is exhibited in the Museum of Photography. source : wikipedia
